Patty continues the series called, “That’s My Favorite Verse!”
Today’s favorite verse belongs to her friend, L.T. and it’s John 14:3. Before his death (and resurrection) Jesus told his disciples that he was going to prepare a place for them—and us. This life and its difficulties will soon pass away. But Jesus will return for his bride—as he said he would. And he’s made room for us in his family.
So here’s your homework: If you’ve surrendered your life to Christ, praise God! Your homework is to share this podcast with someone who needs to hear about Jesus!
But if you have questions, I want you to talk to a trusted friend who does know Jesus. Feel free to email me as well with your questions. I’m praying for you and I’m sure there are people in your real life who are praying the same! Feel free to reach out with questions at patty@pattyparker.me

Read the book of Luke. You can access it online HERE. What I love about Luke’s gospel is that he shows the humanity of Jesus and his care of his people. The son of God became a man because he loves us so much! Take some time to read Luke and observe how Jesus treats people—especially those who society considered less than or outcasts.
